The TCADD policy on Procurement of Services and Supports is meant to specify the circumstances under which the regional center will issue requests for proposals (“RFP”) to address a service need. This policy also addresses the applicable dollar threshold for requiring the utilization of the RFP process; the RFP notification process; and how submitted proposals will be evaluated and the applicant selected.
