Flexible Spending Account Plan

Employees may elect to enroll in TCRC’s Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account Plans administered by Primark Benefits. These plans allow for eligible dependent care expenses and out-of-pocket medical expenses with wages that are not taxed, increasing an employees take home pay. The current maximum calendar year deduction for the Dependent Care Account is $5000 and the maximum calendar year deduction for the Health Care Account is $2,500.
