

Support for finding a job or developing a business such as a micro-enterprise can be achieved through the IPP process. Read more about the Guidelines for these supports. Supported employment can take many forms in the community ; micro-enterprise is a small business venture that reflects the unique skills and talents of the persons.
Small business ventures are supported by TCRC; these business reflect the unique skills and talents of a person.
The regional center assists persons to work in competitive employment settings. For persons who need ongoing support to perform their job, this type of service provides several kinds of help. Job coaches, transportation, assistive technology, specialized job training and supervision are all provided. Job coaches help with individual and group job placements.
This is paid work and adjustment to being an employee in a sheltered or center-based workshop setting.
