Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)
Federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have regulations (or rules) for Medicaid waiver programs that provide Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). These federal rules require homes and programs where HCBS are delivered to meet new criteria in order to qualify for continue receiving federal funding.
