Federal Response Information– All the federal programs currently available to assist individuals and businesses.
The State of California – Has information on the new plans approved by the Governor for mortgage protection and eviction prevention as well as links to each county for local information as it becomes available.

Please note: All County Housing Authority offices are closed to the public. If you are due for your annual recertification, it will be done online.
California Apartment Association (CAA) provides good information on tenant protections and more resources for renters.Emergency rental or mortgage assistance may be available in your area. The CA Apartment Association has a lengthy list of local resources. Also, Gov. Newsom has issued an order preventing people from being evicted for not paying rent during the COVID-19 emergency.
