The Small Business Administration has a “Paycheck Protection Program,” which provides loans to businesses that keep employees on the payroll. Under the right circumstances, these loans are forgivable! The loans can be used for a range of employee costs. They can also be used, with some limits, on mortgage interest, rent, and utilities. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has a helpful write-up on these loans. There is also a separate Disaster Loan Application.
