TCRC Welcomes Dr. Jesse Weller as Incoming Executive Director
Dr. Weller will begin December 14, 2026, with an overlapping leadership transition alongside Dr. Omar Noorzad.
The TCADD Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Dr. Jesse Weller has accepted the position of Executive Director of Tri-Counties Regional Center.
His appointment follows a comprehensive search that began in February 2026. Input from individuals and families served by TCRC, service providers, staff, and community members helped shape the Board’s priorities and selection process.
Meet Dr. Weller
Dr. Weller is a clinical psychologist who has served as Executive Director of San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center since 2022. He previously held leadership positions at North Los Angeles County Regional Center, where his work included initiatives to reduce disparities and strengthen family support.
He brings extensive experience in regional center leadership, mental health, and crisis services, along with a commitment to person-centered practices and building lasting community relationships.

Honoring Dr. Noorzad and Supporting the Transition
After 25 years of dedicated leadership and service, Dr. Omar Noorzad is preparing to retire. TCRC is deeply grateful for his steady guidance, compassion, and longstanding commitment to individuals and families living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Dr. Weller will begin his tenure on Monday, December 14, 2026, before Dr. Noorzad’s departure. During the transition, Dr. Noorzad will serve in an advisory role as Executive Director Emeritus, supporting continuity of leadership.
